Thanks for reporting this.
At the moment, we haven't seen this error occur for any other MiramMS players, so it appears to be related to your local installation or Windows environment rather than a server-side issue.
Please try completely reinstalling MiramMS:
https://miramms.com/downloads/MiramMS-installer.zip
If the error “-2147221008 (CoInitialize has not been called.)” still appears after a clean reinstall, please let us know and we'll investigate it further with you.
